Who we are Meet the team Staff Charlotte Flinterman – Director of Resettlement Support Charlotte completed a BA in Social Work in the Netherlands and started her carrier as a Probation Officer for the Dutch Probation Service. In 2012 she moved to London where she completed her Msc in Criminology with Forensic Psychology. After her Masters she worked as a Probation Officer in London and as a seminar tutor in Criminology. In 2021, she co-wrote a chapter for the publication ‘Reimagining Probation Practice’, by Burke et.al. In 2017 Charlotte started at Prisoners Abroad as the Resettlement Manager, her responsibilities included overseeing the team's caseload of prisoners returning from overseas, collaborating with key stakeholders, service development and more. Charlotte has now joined the Leadership team as Director of Resettlement Support. Charlotte continues to volunteer for The Dutch Probation Service and visits Dutch citizens imprisoned in the UK and helps them prepare for their return to the Netherlands. Manage Cookie Preferences
