Newsletters

Our newsletter is a wonderful resource which includes stories, poems and drawings from our overseas service users, information about life in the UK from those who have returned after a sentence, and news, games and exercises to keep the mind and body occupied throughout imprisonment.

We send physical copies of the newsletter to the people we support all around the world whilst incarcerated and to their families. It is also a great way to communicate the importance of our work, so we send a version of the newsletter called 'Inside' to our supporters.

The most recent issues of our supporter newsletter are available to download below:

Inside January 2026

Inside September 2025

Inside June 2025

If you would like to receive physical copies of our supporter newsletter in the post please email [email protected]. We send these out three times a year.

If you are interested in receiving our e-newsletter, as well as other updates and appeals about our work, please sign up to our digital mailing list by filling in this form.
